1. Chúng tôi là ai

Michael TOEIC là nền tảng luyện thi TOEIC trực tuyến (luyện nghe, luyện đọc, từ vựng, thi thử, ghi chú và theo dõi tiến độ). Chúng tôi vận hành dịch vụ cho người học tại Việt Nam và các khu vực khác.

2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập thông tin cần thiết để cung cấp và cải thiện dịch vụ.

• Tài khoản Google: khi bạn đăng nhập bằng Google, chúng tôi nhận tên, địa chỉ email và ảnh đại diện (nếu có) từ Google để tạo và nhận diện tài khoản của bạn.
• Dữ liệu học tập: kết quả luyện tập, bài thi thử, tiến độ từ vựng, ghi chú, mục tiêu hàng ngày và tuỳ chọn thông báo.
• Nội dung bạn tạo: tin nhắn cộng đồng, bình luận / lượt thích bài viết, và ghi chú cá nhân.
• Lớp học: nếu bạn tham gia lớp, giáo viên có thể xem tên hiển thị, email và tiến độ học tập liên quan đến lớp.
• Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: cookie phiên đăng nhập, tuỳ chọn giao diện, và dữ liệu tạm trên trình duyệt (ví dụ bản nháp câu trả lời).
• Dữ liệu phân tích: trang đã xem, nguồn giới thiệu, loại thiết bị/trình duyệt, và vị trí gần đúng. Google Analytics xử lý các dữ liệu này thay chúng tôi.
• Liên hệ: nội dung bạn gửi qua email hoặc Zalo khi cần hỗ trợ hoặc nâng cấp Pro.

3. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin

Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin để:

• Tạo tài khoản, đăng nhập và đồng bộ tiến độ trên các thiết bị.
• Cung cấp luyện tập, thi thử, từ vựng, ghi chú, thống kê tiến độ và nhắc học trong ứng dụng.
• Hiển thị tên của bạn trong cộng đồng, bình luận và lớp học.
• Phân quyền gói Free / Pro và hỗ trợ khi bạn liên hệ nâng cấp.
• Bảo mật dịch vụ, ngăn chặn lạm dụng và tuân thủ pháp luật.
• Hiểu cách trang được sử dụng và cải thiện nội dung, hiệu năng.

4. Dữ liệu nhận từ Google

Michael TOEIC dùng Google Sign-In để xác thực. Chúng tôi chỉ dùng tên, email và ảnh hồ sơ để vận hành tài khoản học tập. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu người dùng Google, không dùng dữ liệu đó để quảng cáo cho bên thứ ba, và không dùng Google API để theo dõi bạn trên các ứng dụng khác.

Việc sử dụng và chuyển thông tin nhận từ Google APIs của Michael TOEIC tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm yêu cầu Limited Use.

5. Chia sẻ thông tin

Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ khi cần để vận hành dịch vụ:

• Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng (hiện tại là Supabase) để lưu tài khoản, nội dung học và phiên đăng nhập.
• Google để đăng nhập OAuth và Google Analytics để đo lường lưu lượng truy cập (không dùng cho quảng cáo).
• Nhà cung cấp AI (hiện tại là DeepSeek) khi bạn tra cứu từ/cụm từ trong từ điển. Chúng tôi không gửi mật khẩu hay mã đăng nhập Google tới nhà cung cấp AI.
• Giáo viên của lớp bạn tham gia (tên, email, tiến độ liên quan).
• Người dùng khác, đối với nội dung bạn đăng công khai (chat cộng đồng, bình luận).
• Cơ quan nhà nước khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

6. Cookie và lưu trữ trên thiết bị

Chúng tôi dùng cookie cần thiết để duy trì phiên đăng nhập. Trình duyệt cũng có thể lưu tuỳ chọn giao diện, hoạt động gần đây và bản nháp luyện tập trên thiết bị của bạn.

Chúng tôi dùng Google Analytics, cookie phân tích của bên thứ ba (_ga, _ga_*), để hiểu lưu lượng và cách dùng trang. Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo.

7. Lưu trữ và bảo mật

Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ của nhà cung cấp hạ tầng và giữ trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động, hoặc lâu hơn nếu luật yêu cầu. Chúng tôi áp dụng biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức hợp lý (truy cập hạn chế, chính sách bảo mật cơ sở dữ liệu) nhưng không thể đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối trên Internet.

8. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể xem và cập nhật một số thông tin trong phần cài đặt tài khoản, tắt nhắc học, đăng xuất, hoặc yêu cầu xoá tài khoản.

Để truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu cá nhân (kể cả tài khoản Google đã liên kết), hãy gửi email tới michael.toeic@gmail.com từ địa chỉ bạn dùng để đăng nhập. Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý yêu cầu trong thời gian hợp lý sau khi xác minh danh tính.

9. Trẻ em

Dịch vụ hướng tới người học TOEIC, thường từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn là phụ huynh và cho rằng con mình đã tạo tài khoản, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xoá dữ liệu.

10. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Ngày cập nhật sẽ được ghi ở đầu trang. Nếu thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ cố gắng thông báo trong ứng dụng hoặc qua email.

Michael TOEIC is an online TOEIC practice platform (listening, reading, vocabulary, mock exams, notes, and progress tracking). We operate the service primarily for learners in Vietnam and other regions.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and improve the service.

• Google account data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo (if available) to create and identify your account.
• Learning data: practice results, mock exam attempts, vocabulary progress, notes, daily goals, and notification preferences.
• User-generated content: community chat messages, blog comments/likes, and personal notes.
• Classes: if you join a class, the teacher may see your display name, email, and related learning progress.
• Technical data: session cookies, theme preference, and on-device drafts (for example unanswered practice items).
• Analytics data: pages viewed, referrer, device/browser type, and approximate location. Google Analytics processes this on our behalf.
• Support messages you send by email or Zalo, including Pro upgrade requests.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create your account, authenticate you, and sync progress across devices.
• Provide practice, mock exams, vocabulary, notes, progress stats, and in-app learning reminders.
• Show your name in community features, comments, and classes.
• Manage Free / Pro access and respond when you contact us to upgrade.
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
• Understand how the site is used and improve content and performance.

4. Google user data

Michael TOEIC uses Google Sign-In for authentication. We use your Google name, email, and profile photo only to operate your study account. We do not sell Google user data, use it to serve third-party ads, or use Google APIs to track you across other apps.

Michael TOEIC's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Infrastructure providers (currently Supabase) for accounts, study content, and login sessions.
• Google for OAuth sign-in and Google Analytics for traffic measurement (not for advertising).
• AI providers (currently DeepSeek) when you look up a word or phrase in the dictionary. We do not send Google passwords or sign-in tokens to AI providers.
• Teachers of classes you join (name, email, and related progress).
• Other users, for content you post publicly (community chat, comments).
• Authorities when required by law.

6. Cookies and on-device storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Your browser may also store theme preference, recent activity, and practice drafts on your device.

We use Google Analytics, a third-party analytics cookie (_ga, _ga_*), to understand traffic and how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Retention and security

Data is stored on our infrastructure provider's servers for as long as your account remains active, or longer if required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (restricted access, database access controls). No internet transmission is completely secure.

8. Your rights

You can review some information in account settings, turn off learning reminders, sign out, or request account deletion.

To access, correct, or delete your personal data (including a Google-linked account), email michael.toeic@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in. We will handle verified requests within a reasonable time.

9. Children

The service is intended for TOEIC learners, typically age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents who believe a child created an account may contact us to request deletion.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date appears at the top of this page. For material changes, we will try to notify you in the app or by email.
